Bone Black: Midwives vs. The South Wins at New Orleans Film Festival

The Queen Collective documentary short, directed by Imani Dennison took home two awards at New Orleans Film Festival – Best Documentary Short and Best Louisiana Short. The Best Documentary Short award is the project’s second Oscar Qualifying award after the project won Best Documentary Short at Blackstar Film Festival.
